Cookson FirstAid initially engaged us to handle basic maintenance and development tweaks, but it quickly became clear that their backend was overly complex for day-to-day management. Our goal was to simplify the backend structure, make the website easier for the team to update independently, and enhance the overall user experience both on the front and backend.
We began by streamlining the backend, restructuring the content management system to make editing intuitive and hassle-free. As part of this overhaul, we redesigned several core elements of the site to create a cleaner and more user-friendly interface. We also added new page structures to accommodate additional content and customised the existing course booking solution to better fit their specific requirements. These changes have not only improved the usability for administrators but also enhanced the overall flow and accessibility for end-users.
